Plastic Coating has at its plant in Zaragoza, the necessary means of production to manufacture plastic fillings and coatings through extrusion processes and to provide rewinding services. We have specialized machinery, which provides the necessary quality and reliability, to be able to offer the customer an agile, flexible, and quality service.

Extrusion lines
- 60/25 extruder, double winder up to 1400 mm coil and max. 500 m / min.
- 90/30 extruder, double winder up to 1200 mm and max. 500 m / min.
Rewinding process
- Retraining line to handle coils from 450 mm to 1200 mm

Quality control systems
- Both extrusion lines are equipped with measurement and control systems that guarantee a constant manufacturing diameter. Our lines detect during manufacturing any surface defects (lumps and nicks) and faults or porosities in the insulation.
- Our control systems record the main variables of the process: continuous manufacturing diameter and possible cover defects.
